Centrally set with a round old cut natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 2.04 carats, flanked by two round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.80 carats, to an elegant graduated three stone design with millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, the slightly raised shoulders smoothly flowing to a solid D-shape shank.
