Set to centre with an oval cabochon natural unenhanced Burmese sapphire in open back rubover settings with an approximate weight of 2.10 carats, flanked on either side by two triangle old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.50 carats, to a heavy marquise shaped platinum setting, with polished chamfered edges and shaped backholing, the raised broad shoulders with chamfered edge detail continue through to a solid shank. Marked platinum, French, circa 1950, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #80269-64.
