 Description

Cabochon sapphire and diamond coronet cluster ring. Set centrally with one oval cabochon natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 7.30 carats, encircled by thirty round eight cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a total approximate weight of 0.30 carats, to an impressive coronet cluster design with scalloped edging, an intricately pierced gallery and shaped backholing, flowing through to trumpeting shoulders featuring openwork and one diamond set to each, leading through to a solid ridged shank. Marked platinum, circa 1905, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #79202-73.
