Burmese sapphire and diamond three stone ring. Set to centre with a round old cut natural unenhanced Burmese sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, flanked by two cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.75 carats, to an elegant three stone design featuring elongated claws, an intricately pierced gallery and round open backholing, leading to smooth inwardly tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat rose gold, and platinum, numbered '30', circa 1915. Accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #81296-47.
