Burmese ruby and diamond three stone ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape step cut natural unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.08 carats, further set with two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 1.50 carats, to an elegant three stone design with curving claws, a finely pierced gallery and open circular backholing, flanked by inwardly tapering shoulders supported with cheniers, flowing through to a solid slim D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1935, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5777-8927.
