Set to centre with a natural unenhanced cushion shape old cut Burmese sapphire with an approximate weight of 4.02 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.16 carats, to an openwork structured central collet with raised gently sloping shoulders, flowing smoothly down to a solid tapered flat shank.
