The total approximate diamond weight is 0.42 carats, to a fancy cluster design with millegrain decoration and ornately pierced backholing, the trumpeting shoulders proceeding to a ridged D-shapeshank. Marked 14 carat yellow gold with platinum settings, circa 1905.
