Belle Époque diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.15 carats, flanked by six round old cut diamonds in open back grain setting with a combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.27 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to slightly raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, French import mark, circa 1910.
