Set to centre with one round old cut diamond in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.18 carats, encircled by eight cushion shape old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 1.36 carats, further decorated with eight triangular calibre cut natural unenhanced sapphires in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.28 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.54 carats, to an elegant floral cluster featuring millegrain borders, a decoratively pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to ridged shoulders with chenier detail and flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank.
