Set to centre with a rectangular baguette cut diamond in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, further set with four rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.30 carats, further adorned with sixteen round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 1.20 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.30 carats, to an elegant openwork cluster design featuring millegrain edging, a pierced linear gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a solid flat shank.
