Set with a central tapered row of nine tapered step-cut naturalrubies in open backchannel settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.50 carats, further set with sixteen round brilliant cutdiamonds in open back rubover settings, with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 carats, to an asymmetric crossover design featuring openwork with scalloped edging, an intricate pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank. Markedplatinum and iridium, with Oscar Heyman circle and line markings to the sides, American, circa 1950.
