A set of three matching shirt studs, each composed of a circular plaque with a scrolling asymmetrical relief foliate border, the reverse mounted with a secure hinged fitting, approximately 0.9mm in width. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, total approximate weight of 3.36 grams, indistinct maker's mark, French, circa 1890, accompanied by a brown fitted leather box.
