Set with an oval old cut natural unenhanced topaz in an open back four claw setting with an approximate weight of 5.00 carats, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.40 carats, to a structured openwork gallery with pierced backholing, the slender openwork shoulders supported by decorative geometric detailing leading to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1935.
