Set to centre with a rectangular emerald-cut natural Colombian emerald with no colour enhancement and minor clarity enhancement in an open back corner claw setting with an approximate weight of 7.83 carats, flanked by two horizontally set rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.15 carats, and further flanked by four round old cut diamonds in open back grain set collet settings with a combined weight of 0.15 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.30 carats, to a structured openwork conforming gallery with intricate pierced backholing and elegant gently sloping shoulders, flowing smoothly down to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5775-1536.
