Set to centre with a hexagonal mixed cut Madagascan sapphire in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.40 carats, further adorned with eighty two round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.10 carats, all to an elegant cluster design featuring polished edges and intricately pierced open backholing, leading to conforming shoulders and flowing though to a smooth D-shape shank.
