Art Deco marquise shape diamond ring. Set with a marquise shape old cut diamond in an open back half rubover setting with a weight of 0.75 carats, additionally set with two round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.20 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.95 carats, to a solitaire design with fancy shaped backholing, the smoothly conforming rounded shoulders continue through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum and iridium, numbered '211', American, circa 1920.
