Art Deco emerald and diamond target ring. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 0.90 carats, encircled by a row of sixteen calibre cut natural emeralds in open back channel settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.30 carats, further adorned by a row of twenty four round eight-cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.48 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.38 carats to an elegant double row target design featuring millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery with scrolling motifs, and open backholing, leading to slightly raised tri-split shoulders and flowing through to a solid shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1930.
