Art Deco diamond ring. Set with twenty eight round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 1.20 carats, flanked on one side by four rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.60 carats, to a rectangular collet with polished edges, an ornate openwork gallery and open backholing, the raised trumpeting shoulders flowing to a solid ridged shank. Tested platinum, circa 1935.
