Art Decodiamond ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond, K colour, VS2 clarity, with an approximate weight of 2.22 carats in an open backclaw setting, to a structural design featuring an octagonal collet with stylised split corner claws, an intricately pierced openwork gallery and geometric open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders which flow through to a solid tapering flat shank. Markedplatinum, circa 1935, French, accompanied by Gemmological Institute of America (GIA) report #6204692522.
