Art Deco diamond ring. Set with a central cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back corner claw setting with a weight of 1.60 carats, flanked by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds on each shoulder, the four baguettes totaling 0.30 carats. The total approximate weight is 1.90 carats, all set to a geometric gallery with fancy backholing, the stepped tapering shoulders leading down to a solid D-shaped shank. Marked platinum, indistinct makers mark, French, circa 1920.
