Art Deco diamond cluster ring. Set horizontally with four rectangular baguette cut diamonds in an open back channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.40 carats, encircled by fourteen round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.70 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.10 carats, to a geometric cluster design featuring angular stepped borders, a fine openwork gallery with decorative chenier detail and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders and leading through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, French, circa 1935.
