Set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 26.80 carats, further set with marquise shape brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to a bold flanked solitaire design, featuring split corner claws, a structured openwork gallery and fancy shape open backholing flanked by trumpeting split shoulders with floral motifs flowing down to a solid ridged D-shape shank. Tested 18 carat white gold, circa 1970.
