Victorian diamondcluster ring. Set horizontally to centre with three cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in open backcut-down settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.70 carats, further set with twenty cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in open back cut-down settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.50 carats, to a cluster design featuring openwork details, polished edges and open backholing, leading to trumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a flat ridged shank. Testedgold and silver, English, circa 1850.
