Set with an oval glass cloison intricate intaglio of a winged figure bowing to Neptune with trident and dolphin, in a closed backRoman set setting with a double border of granulation and flanked by trefoil clusters of beaded granules to the shoulders, flowing down to a solid D-shapeshank further detailed with granulated edging. Tested yellow gold, approximate weight 5.57g, circa 2nd - 3rd century AD, accompanied by an Oxford Labs X-ray fluorescence report stating the composition of the metal.
