Set to centre with three shape cut unenhanced Burmese sapphires in settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 , encircled by twelve cushion shape old mine cut in open back and grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.10 , to an ornate cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced and open shaped backholing, leading to decoratively carved and flowing through to a solid . 18 carat yellow , 1890, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #79215-46.
