Set with eighteen round to a central curving in settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.60 within twisted rope effect borders, flanked by two tapered domed lapis lazuli smoothly conforming down the to a yellow solid . 18 carat yellow gold, signed 'VCA', numbered '66 B6001 C343', 'P&Fils' for Péry et Cie, French, 1970.

Péry worked as manufacturer for Van Cleef & Arpels, but also worked for , and other important French jewelers. Péry was responsible for some of VCA's most iconic 20th century designs including the Ludo bracelet and the zipper necklace. The Péry ateliers are now owned by VCA.

Chairman's Notes

In 1954, Van Cleef & Arpels came up with the concept of 'La Boutique', which was a line of jewellery that was whimsical, playful and designed to be worn as ‘daytime’ jewellery for their younger clientele.

Originally created in the 1960's, the Philippine ring fit the theme of ‘La Boutique’ jewels perfectly. Inlaid with panels of various hardstones framing a central panel of diamonds, they are perfect whether worn on their own or stacked in various colour combinations.
