Set with a cushion shape old mine diamond, D colour, VS1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats in an open back claw setting, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders featuring scrolling engraved motifs and millegrain decoration, flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, numbered '603', English, circa 1915, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2161419927.
