Solitaire old cut diamond ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.50 carats, to a solitaire design featuring integrated claws, elegant scrollwork detail to the gallery and open backholing, the linear tri-split shoulders leading down to a solid D-shape heavy shank. Marked 15 carat yellow gold, maker's mark for Henry Griffith & Sons, full hallmarks for Chester, English, circa 1914.
