Diamond coronet cluster ring. Set to the centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back grain setting with an approximate weight of 0.50 carats, surrounded by eight round old cut diamonds in open back rubover and grain settings with a combined weight of 1.28 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.78 carats, to an elegant flora form design featuring millegrain edging, an intricate open gallery with chenier details and floral open backholing, the raised inwardly tapering shoulders flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920.
