Set to centre with three shape no heat sapphires in settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 , encircled by sixteen round mixed old cut in open back and grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.65 carats, to an elegant triple cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced and fancy open backholing, leading to decoratively carved and flowing through to a solid . 18 carat yellow , 'L&L' for , full hallmarks for Birmingham, English, 1892, 'J.O. to A.W.H', accompanied by a Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) report #5784-3693.
