Centrally set with one round diamond in settings with a approximate weight of 1.20 , flanked vertically by two round old cut in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats, further enhanced with sixty two round diamonds in open back settings with a combined weight of 1.00 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.70 carats, to an elegant openwork cluster design featuring ornate foliate openwork motifs, fine borders and fancy shape open backholing, the integrated trumpeting terminate to finely leaf motifs which flow down to a solid D-shaped . , 1920.
