Centrally set with an octagonal cut no heat sapphire with an approximate weight of 8.50 , surrounded by fourteen shape in and settings with a combined approximate weight of 4.20 carats, accented with four round diamonds with a combined approximate weight of 0.04 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 4.24 carats, to an impressive elongated cluster design, featuring polished edges, a and oval open backholing, leading to ornate scrolling split which terminate in ridged detail, and flowing through to a solid D-shaped . in 18 carat yellow , settings , 1870, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5785-3901.
