Old mine diamond and emerald cluster ring. Set with one central cushion shape old mine diamond, K colour, SI2 clarity with a weight of 2.01 carats, in an open back claw setting, surrounded by fourteen tapered calibre-cut natural emeralds in open back channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.00 carats, further encircled by a single row of thirty two round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.50 carats and additionally set with eight round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.08 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.59 carats, to an elegant oval cluster featuring a scalloped galler and pierced backholing, the raised shoulders flowing through to a square shank. Tested platinum, circa 1920, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2231221366.
