 Description

Art Deco emerald-cut diamond ring. Set with an octagonal emerald-cut diamond, G colour, VS1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 1.08 carats, in an open back four claw setting, further set with twelve round single cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.20 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design, featuring curving corner claws, an ornate pierced gallery with scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, the trumpeting tri-split shoulders with millegrain detailing flow through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, English, circa 1935, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America report #54824401.
