Set to centre with twenty round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.60 carats, to a domed bombé cluster design featuring curving wirework, polished edges and open backholing, the trumpeting split shoulders tapering to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, numbered '1183 AL', circa 1945.
