Horizontally set with five square step cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with an approximate total weight of 0.80 carats, flanked on top and bottom with two single rows of ten square step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover channel settings sloped in opposite directions with an approximate total weight of 2.00 carats, to a three row design with finely pierced backholing, and all on an integrated tapered square shank.
