Edwardian diamond flanked solitaire ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.50 carats, flanked by six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.18 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.68 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and circular open backholing, leading to raised shoulders with chenier details and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, numbered '3485', circa 1910.
