Set to centre with an oval unenhanced Burmese ruby in an setting with an approximate weight of 0.50 , flanked by two shape old cut in open back with a combined weight of 1.20 carats, further set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back setting with a weight of 0.03 carats, further adorned with ten round diamonds in open back settings with a combined weight of 0.10 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.83 carats, to an elegant trefoil design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced and fancy open backholing, the slightly raised tapering to a solid . and , 1905, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #80262-85.
