Description

Art Deco Burmese sapphire and diamond ring. Set in the centre with an octagonal emerald-cut natural unenhanced Burmese sapphire in an open back eight claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.20 carats, flanked by two rectangular step cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, to a geometric three stone design with a structured openwork gallery, fancy backholing and sloping shoulders which continue throughto a D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #70177-40.
