Art Deco rose cut diamond ring. Set with an oval rose cut diamond to centre in an open back rubover gypsy setting with a weight of 1.20 carats, flanked by fourteen round old single cut diamonds in open back grain and rubover millegrain settings with a combined weight of 0.45 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.65 carats, to a central rectangular heavy flat box collet, flanked by tapered stepped shoulders and a structured openwork conforming gallery, leading to a solid D-shape shank. Tested white gold with platinum settings, circa 1935.
