Art Deco diamond ring. Centrally set with a rectangular step cut diamond, E colour, VS2 clarity, with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats in an open back rubover setting, flanked to either side with two tapered baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.60 carats, to a linear geometric design featuring polished borders, an open linear gallery and fancy open backholing, the split trumpeting shoulders continue to a solid tapering D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1935, accompanied by Gemmological Institute of America (GIA) report #1335518881.
