Art Deco Colombian emerald and diamond flanked solitaire ring. Centrally set with an octagonal step cut natural Colombian emerald with minor clarity enhancement, in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.55 carats, flanked by six rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to a geometric flanked solitaire design featuring curving claws, a linear pierced gallery and open backholing, the raised trumpeting shoulders flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, maker's mark 'W.B', circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5782-1295.
