Set centrally with a octagonal emerald-cut natural aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 3.75 carats, encircled by fourteen round transitional cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate of 0.84 carats, to a geometric cluster design featuring curving claws, a linear pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, the slightly raised tri-split shoulders tapering through to a solid ridged shank. Marked 18 carat yellow and white gold, maker's mark 'V J', circa 1940.
