Set to centre with a single marquise shape old cutnatural unenhanced sapphire in an open backgrain setting with an approximate weight of 2.80 carats, encircled by a single row of twenty-four round old single cutdiamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.67 carats, further set to the shoulders, two round old single cut diamonds with a combined weight of 0.08 carats in open back grain settings. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.75 carats, to an elegant marquise cluster design featuring polished edges, an intricately pierced gallery and open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders with engraved scrolling motifs, flowing through to a solid D-shapeshank.
