Flanked solitaire diamond ring. A round old cut diamond is set to centre in an open back triple corner claw box collet setting with a weight of 0.50 carats, flanked by six round old single cut diamonds in open back grain and millegrain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.67 carats, to a linear pierced slightly raised collet and conforming gallery with shaped shoulders and backholing, leading to a solid tapered shank. Marked platinum and iridium, numbered '3197', American, circa 1950.
