The total approximate diamond weight is 1.90 carats, to an elegant three stone cluster design featuring millegrain edging, an openwork bezel, intricately pierced gallery and fancy open back holing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders flowing through to a solid slim D-shapeshank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1910.
