Set with three shape no heat sapphires in settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 , interspersed with two round old cut in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.10 carats, to a five stone design featuring polished edges, a decoratively pierced with scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering which flow through to a solid . 18 carat yellow , 'W.L.' for William Lewis, full hallmarks for Birmingham, English, 1914.

Director's Notes
