Set to centre with an oval unenhanced yellow Ceylon sapphire in an setting with a weight of 2.12 , further set with four shape brilliant cut in open back with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 and decorated with seventy-two diamonds in open back settings with a combined weight of 1.50 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.10 carats, to an impressive bombe cluster design featuring openwork details with polished edges, a linear pierced and fancy shape open backholing, leading to split and flowing through to a solid . 18 carat , French, 1970, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5784-3554.
