Set to centre with an oval no heat Burmese ruby in an setting with an approximate weight of 0.70 , encircled by a row of twelve shape cut in open back and settings and further adorned by twenty two cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in cut-down and grain settings, thirty four in total with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 carats, to a design featuring polished edges, a finely pierced and intricate backholing, leading to trumpeting and flowing through to a solid . yellow and , French import marks, 1850, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) report 5784-3569.
