Set to centre with an oval no heat sapphire in an setting with a weight of 2.43 , further set with sixteen tapered cut natural no heat sapphires in open back settings with a combined weight of 0.80 carats, further adorned with forty eight round in open back settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.50 carats. The total approximate sapphire weight is 3.23 carats, to an elegant tapered form featuring edging, a pierced geometric and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by fluted flowing down to a solid lightly ridged . , 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5783-4326.
